Okay, if you have that account yet you can login into that site and short a link which you want example you want to short http://google.com. Add that link and than click Shrink!.

And than, you sign up into a traffic exchange site http://www.empireviews.com/reg.php and fill all form they prepare for you. If that finish, login and click use firefox viewer or download viewer for windows to make some credits for submit a link. The minimum credit for submit a link is 30000 for every 500 link's click.
